■ チケットに関して
各種チケットは1枚につき1名様1回限り有効です。
お客様の都合による購入成立後のチケットのキャンセル、変更、払い戻しは原則としてお受けできません。チケットの譲渡・転売は固くお断りします。
諸事情により、出演者・内容等が変更となる場合がございます。中止以外でのイベント内容および出演者の変更等によるチケット返金対応はございませんので予めご了承ください。
チケットお申し込みの際に頂いたお客様の情報は全て主催者に帰属致します。
台風など荒天の影響で交通機関に影響が懸念される場合は別途アナウンスいたします。

■ その他
会場内外において、他のお客様のご迷惑になるような行為、
係員の指示に従わない方については、強制的に退場して頂きます。
その際、チケットの払戻し等は一切致しません。
会場内外で事故や事件、傷害等を起こされた場合については、当事者間で問題解決をして頂きます。

AiSOTOPE LOUNGE is an entertainment space for LGBTQ+. Anyone who understands LGBTQ+ can enter regardless of gender or sexuality.
However, gangs, other anti-social group members and related parties, drunken people, and customers who do not fit the atmosphere of AiSOTOPE LOUNGE may be refused admission.

■ Regarding tickets
Each ticket is valid only once per person.
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or refunds of tickets after the purchase has been completed due to customer's convenience. Transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
Due to various circumstances, performers and contents may change. Please note that tickets will not be refunded due to changes in the event content or performers other than cancellation.
All customer information received at the time of ticket application belongs to the organizer.
A separate announcement will be made if there is concern about the impact on transportation due to stormy weather such as typhoons.

■ Others
Acts that cause inconvenience to other customers inside and outside the venue,
Those who do not follow the instructions of the staff will be forced to leave.
In that case, no ticket refunds will be made.
In the event of an accident, incident, injury, etc. inside or outside the venue, the parties concerned will be required to resolve the issue.
Please note that the organizer will not be involved in any kind of dispute resolution, such as consultations, regarding troubles between customers, pick-up and loss of luggage, etc.
